4.2 All deposits are credited to your phl798 wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP) at the applicable exchange rate where currency conversion is required. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; these are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.3 phl798 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger an account review.

5.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

5.2 Before processing your first withdrawal, phl798 requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit valid government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. phl798 will review submitted documents within two (2) to five (5) business days.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
